  4. 1ST PICKUP BY RUMPKE ON MONDAY 11/4/24

The Village of Granville has entered into a three-year contract with RUMPKE to provide exclusive residential refuse hauling services for the entire Village.

Contract Dates: 11/1/2024-10/31/2027

Pickup Day of the Week: Mondays - please note, service is delayed one day if a holiday falls on a Monday

Provided Containers: 95-gallon brown toter for trash & 65-gallon green toter for recycling

Rates: $22.90/month billed quarterly; Seniors 65+ qualify for a 10% discount

To initiate service and/or ask a question, please contact RUMPKE at 1-800-828-8171. The Village strongly encourages the community, through the convenience of commingled curbside pick-up, to utilize the recycling service offered to help create and support a greener environment.

Yard Waste

  • Limit of five 50 pound bundles per week

  • Limbs should be no larger than 2” in diameter and no longer than 4’

  • Items should be bundled, bagged or boxed

Oversize Items

  • Limit of one large item per week including appliances, mattresses, furniture or carpet that is no wider or longer than 4’, rolled & tied

  • Please call 24-hours prior to your scheduled trash collection to arrange for a bulk item pickup
