Welcome to the Granville utility and Mayor’s court online payment system. This system will allow you to pay your utility bill by using a credit card, debit card or electronic check.

Utility payments are accepted by phone 24/7 by calling (844) 863-7361.  Please note this number is for utility payments only. When you call, follow the prompts, enter your account information, and you can get balances and make payments.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR COST TO COVER ADMINISTRATIVE FEES FOR ANY OF THE OPTIONS BELOW.

If charge amount is less than or equal to $5,000 - $2.95 additional fee
If charge amount is over $5,000 - $10.00 additional fee
There will be a $20.00 Returned Check Fee
