Hplex/Ackley Development

Hplex Solutions, in conjunction with Ackley Realty, is proposing a Medical Office Project development to be built in Granville, Ohio at 2750 Newark- Granville Road.

Phase 1 of this project will include a roughly 19,500 SF Orthopedic and Physical Rehab facility.

In addition to bringing a major healthcare presence to Granville, Phase 1 will serve as a catalyst for future development of the remainder of the site.

Targeted potential uses for Phase 2 development include Primary Care, a Surgery Center, and other medical specialists.

Phase 1 development will provide an annual payroll estimated at $2.5 to 3MM, as well as real estate taxes on the approximately $5.3MM project.

Neighborhood friendly sensibilities are front and center in the design of this development and feedback from the Planning Commission and neighbors was incorporated, as evidenced by modifications since the workshop presentation in late July.
